Support at Home Package is one of the major services provided by the Elderly Australian Chinese Homes for the seniors that requires additional assistance at home. Support at Home packages provides services for the seniors living in their own homes or rental accommodation. Seniors who have complex care needs that would qualify for residential care but still wish to live at home will receive services under Support at Home Package. The Department of Health has given approvals and funding to the Elderly Australian Chinese Homes since July 1994.
